What Not Under My Roof is about

A groom-to-be is counting down to his bachelor party when his future mother-in-law cancels it in front of the whole family. No argument, no appeal. The guests drift off and the house settles into what looks like an ordinary night.

An hour later, with her grown daughter (his bride-to-be) asleep upstairs, the same woman finds him alone and makes a private offer to replace the party. She is not working solo, either: two of her friends turn up unannounced. The title sounds like a house rule, and the series is about who bends it first.
