What My Best Friend's Mom Has One Rule is about

Jake agrees to housesit for a friend, and the first person he runs into is Tyler's mom, fresh from the shower in a wet towel. She has exactly one rule: do not go upstairs.

Naturally, he goes. What he finds up there turns his private fantasy into her game, and the terms are simple. If he wants to keep staying in the house, he plays by her rules. The series is a flirty power game, and the question is who is really housesitting whom.
